Warren's 65th Birthday

Last Saturday night I had the pleasure photographing Warren's 65th birthday (surprise) party. The location was Warren's daughter's home with about 75 of his friends and family. The weather cleared up for the party so everyone enjoyed hanging outside or around the TV watching the Phillies clinch the NL East.

Here is Warren's Mom showing a photo of Warren at 17 and in the Navy

Melissa and Bryan

I've been waiting for this Engagement session all summer. Melissa and Bryan met after a Phillies game and spent a lot of time going to games the past two seasons. So Melissa came up with the idea of having the engagement session at Citizens Bank Park. We met up at FDR park and then made a quick run over to Independence Hall and then finished up at the ball park.
Melissa and Bryan are super easy to photograph. I had them walking all over and we got some great shots. But the best was watching Bryan when we walked into the Phillies locker room. Suddenly he looked like he was eight years old again as he checked the room out. You could see his excitement and Melissa was going a little crazy too. Then we got to sit in the dugout, go out on the field and even dance on top of the dugout just like the Phanatic.

Brianna

I spent Friday afternoon with Judy and Joe photographing their two children. The newest addition, Brianna was still napping so Judy made Joe and I a gourmet lunch between running around making sure everything was ironed and ready to go for the shoot.

This one is my favorite of the day

Nova Times

Check it out. The photo I took of Robb Szymanski's 1967 Chevy Nova made the cover of the Nova Times which is the publication for National Nostalgic Nova. I met up with Robb at Kim and Brian's wedding and asked, (more like put him in a head lock 'til he said OK) he will get a copy to me. And I received it today - thanks Robb. Robb's Nova is a beautiful dark blue, (Deepwater Blue) and the color is tricky to photograph as it is so dark that the camera thinks it is black. He spent many hours putting this car together with the help of his Dad, a few friends and his wife Tricia. This car is better then when it rolled off the assembly line 41 years ago.
